05Direct purchases and digital delivery

Some editions of our books are sold directly on this website as digital files (PDF), with payment processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Prices are shown in US dollars. After payment clears, the file is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been delivered. If a file arrives corrupted, in the wrong language, or does not arrive at all, write to [email protected] and we will make it right — replacement first, refund if a replacement is not possible. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your country of residence.

Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train artificial intelligence systems.

06Memberships and subscriptions

Certain areas of the site (such as the Print Lab) may offer paid annual memberships. Where offered, the price, renewal cycle, and cancellation terms are stated clearly on the relevant page before you pay. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do everything possible to keep the site running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control.
